About
West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. is a publicly traded gold company focused on its flagship Madsen Mine in the Red Lake Gold District, a Canadian gold district that has yielded over 30 million ounces of gold in the last 100 years. The company purchased the Madsen Mine out of bankruptcy in 2023, developed a reliable resource modelling-mine engineering workflow, and built essential infrastructure for efficient operations. Operations ramped up in H2 2025, with plans to declare commercial production at the start of 2026. The company aims to complete a new Prefeasibility Study in 2026 to double gold production at Madsen and explore the potential of the 47-sq. km Madsen land package.

- Projects
- ["Rowan Project: The Rowan Mine property is comprised of 119 claims, 50 patented, 18 leased, and 49 staked claims. The Rowan Mine property hosts significant regional gold bearing structures which intersect near the former producing Rowan Mine. The Rowan Mine was in development from the late 1930s to the 1950s with mine workings consisting of a vertical shaft, three levels including an adit on the first level, and underground exploration of drifting and raising along several gold zones. The Rowan Deposit Gold Zones have an established strike length of 1200m and remain open at depth. The Rowan Mine Gold Zones have been explored to a depth of less than 500m and contain several high grade gold zones which are a primary target of exploration for expansion to depth. The NT Zone, which strikes northeast onto the property from the neighboring Newman Todd property operated by Trillium Gold Inc, intersects with the Pipestone Bay St Paul Deformation Zone, forming the highly prospective Structural Intersection target area located 1.5 kilometers east of the Rowan Mine Shaft.","Madsen Mine: Fully Permitted Gold Mine in Canada’s High Grade Gold District. Top Tier Assets in Red Lake: Fully permitted gold mine sitting on top of highly prospective exploration targets in a world class gold district. Robust, Data-Rich Technical Foundation: Updated Mineral Resource Estimate announced in June 2023. Near Term Production: With 18 months of recent operating history; initial start-up challenges have been understood; new approach to cost management, mine planning, and execution underway. Deep Value Opportunity: Over C$350 million invested to date; significant and expandable surface and underground infrastructure; potentially transferable tax assets to further underpin valuation."]
