About
Valhalla Metals Inc (VMXX) (VMXXF) is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and development with two assets located along the southern flank of the Brooks Range, NW Alaska. These projects are located in a prolific VMS mineral belt with opportunity to expand on already known high-grade mineralization and resources. Alaska is a mining friendly tier 1 jurisdiction with several world-class deposits (Red Dog, Fort Knox, Donlin, Greens Creek, Arctic, Pebble). Valhalla is led by an award-winning management team and board with track records for major discoveries and project development. Valhalla represents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to two high-quality, high-grade copper-zinc-precious metals projects in Alaska.

- ["SUN PROJECT\n\nThe Sun deposit is the eastern-most volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposit in the Ambler Mining District – host to the world class Arctic VMS deposit currently being developed by Ambler Metals (a JV with South32 and Trilogy Metals).\n\nEXPLORATION HISTORY\n\nThe Sun deposit was first discovered in 1966 with the discovery of Picnic Creek just north of the main Sun deposit by Bear Creek Exploration Co – Kennecott’s exploration arm. The Sunshine Mining Company, Noranda, and Cominco all spent time exploring and developing the initial resources at the Sun deposit through mapping, stream sediment sampling and geochemistry, geophysics, and drilling. Between 2007 and 2014, Andover Resources was the first company to perform modern exploration and drilled 45 number of holes establishing the first 43-101 compliant resource on the deposit. Sun was staked by a private group in 2017 who completed an aerial VTEM survey and detailed conductor plate modeling in addition to refreshing the 43-101 resource.\n\nSUN PROJECT 43-101 MINERAL RESOURCES\n\nA VTEM survey was flown over the Sun project in 2019. In addition to outlining the known Sun resources, several other anomalies were detected across the property.\n\nThe current resources at Sun have only been drilled to 200m in depth, and the VTEM shows continuation of possible mineralization at depth.\n\n- Main Sun (A) open along strike and down-dip and never tested beyond 200m depth\n- Western Anomaly (B) – coincident surface geochemical anomaly\n- 5km diameter near surface conductor\n- Same volcanic-sediment package that hosts other VMS deposits at Sun and in the district\n- Over 600m of modeled vertical extent, no past drilling on this target\n- Similar in size and shape to Trilogys’s high grade Arctic VMS deposit VTEM signature\n\nConductive plate modelling was completed in 2022 and supports that the mineralization could be open down-dip and along strike of the Sun resources in addition to identifying several other newly defined targets.","SMUCKER PROJECT\n\nCOMING SOON!"]
