- Woodjam Copper-Gold Project: Historical Work: To date, six zones of porphyry mineralization (Megabuck, Deerhorn, Takom, Three Firs, Southeast, and Megaton) have been identified at the Woodjam Project by drilling (95,092 meters in 281 holes since 2009 and a further 114 holes, 30,092 meters predominantly from 1998). These six mineralized zones form a cluster approximately 5 kilometers in diameter. The Megabuck and Takom Zones were occurrences documented previous to 1998 but largely untested until after 2003 while the larger Southeast Zone and Deerhorn Zone were discovered in 2007 and 2008, respectively. In 2012, the Three Firs Zone was discovered and in 2012 the Megaton Zone was discovered. Historical mineral resource estimates are summarized in the table below. Woodjam Copper-Gold Project Overview: The 90,163 hectare property Woodjam Project is a large, well-endowed copper-gold porphyry exploration and development project located in elephant country in the prolific Quesnel terrane in South-Central British Columbia. Historical mineral resource estimates for three deposits on the Project lands total approximately 1.7B lbs of copper and just under 1M ounces of gold in the Southeast, Deerhorn and Takom deposits. Located 50 kilometers east of the community of Williams Lake in an area characterized by a low elevation, gently undulating landscape, the project is easily accessed year-round by a network of logging and forest service roads. Geologically, the Woodjam Project is located within the highly prospective Quesnel Terrane – a large regional depositional belt commonly dominated by alkalic volcanic units and related volcaniclastic lithologies. The Quesnel terrane hosts both alkaline and calc-alkaline porphyry copper+/-gold+/-molybdenum deposits, including the Copper Mountain, New Afton, Highland Valley, Gibraltar, Mount Polley, Mount Milligan and Kemess mines. Poplar Copper-Gold Project Overview The >47,000-hectare Poplar Project hosts a porphyry-related copper and gold deposit with a current undiluted indicated mineral resource of 152.3 million tonnes grading 0.32% copper, 0.009% molybdenum, 0.09 g/t gold and 2.58 g/t silver and an undiluted inferred mineral resource of 139.3 million tonnes grading 0.29% copper, 0.005% molybdenum, 0.07 g/t gold and 4.95 g/t silver (above a cut-off grade of 0.20% copper). Location The Poplar Project is in a proven mining district with good infrastructure. Situated 38km from the Huckleberry Copper Mine, the road accessible property is bisected by a 138 Kva hydroelectric line and lies 88km from the rail head at Houston and 400km from the deep-water port at Prince Rupert by rail. Copperview Project Overview In June 2023, Vizsla Copper acquired a 100% interest in the 37,466-hectare Copperview Project, located in the Aspen Grove area of south-central BC. The Copperview Project consists of 37,466 hectares in 40 claims, located less than 4 kilometres north (and along trend) of Kodiak Copper’s Gate Zone discovery. A block of seven claims comprising 9,043 contiguous hectares is considered the highest priority and will likely see significant exploration effort in the near term. This block is considered highly prospective for copper/gold porphyry-related mineralization due to its proximity to the Gate Zone at MPD, which is on trend with and less than 4 kilometres to the south of the Copperview Project. Discovered by Kodiak Copper in 2019, drilling at the Gate Zone has outlined a large 350m x 1km x 900m zone of copper/gold porphyry-related mineralization. The best drill intersection to date is 535.1m @ 0.49% Cu, 0.29 g/t Au from 201.9m in drill hole MPD-20-041. The Copperview Project claim block is interpreted to be underlain by eastern facies Upper Triassic Nicola volcanics with local coeval intrusions – similar to MPD, and the Copper Mountain and New Afton mines. Copperview is a high-priority project, and exploration is expected to begin later this year. Redgold Project: Overview The Redgold Project consists of 58 mineral claims covering an area of 8,278 hectares contiguous with Imperial Metals’ Mount Polley project and Vizsla Copper’s Woodjam project. With the addition of the Redgold Project the Company’s combined Woodjam-Redgold project area will cover 74,604 hectares of prospective geology in the Quesnel terrane of south-central British Columbia. A total of 49 drill holes have previously been completed on the Redgold Project together with numerous geochemical and geophysical surveys. Porphyry-related copper-gold mineralization was initially discovered in the early 1970’s and over the course of subsequent exploration programs, at least five zones of copper-gold mineralization have been discovered. In each of the zones, copper-gold mineralization is associated with late Triassic to early Jurassic alkaline monzonite or syenite stocks, dykes or intrusive breccias. Five zones of copper-gold mineralization: EAST ZONE Drill hole RG12-11, drilled at the East Zone, intersected 0.21% Cu and 0.24 g/t Au over 152 metres and cored 85.6 metres of syenite intrusive breccia, a common host rock for copper-gold ore at the adjacent Mount Polley mine NORTH ZONE Previous drilling at the North zone intersected 2.87% Cu and 2.07 g/t Au over 8.1 metres in drill hole SH07-032 QUARRY ZONE NORTHEAST ZONE REDGOLD ZONE The Redgold Project was most recently explored by Gold Fields in 2014 and has been largely dormant since. The most recent drilling was completed by Gold Fields in 2012.

- ["Woodjam Project Overview: The Woodjam Project is located in the Cariboo region of British Columbia, Canada. It is a copper-gold-silver project that covers an area of approximately 12,000 hectares. The project is situated near existing infrastructure, including roads and power lines, which facilitates exploration and potential development. The Woodjam Project is known for its significant mineralization, with several identified zones of copper and gold mineralization. The project has undergone various phases of exploration, including drilling programs that have returned promising results. The company is focused on advancing the Woodjam Project through further exploration and development activities."]
