- Projects
- ["Pine Bay Project: Located within the prolific Flin Flon Mining District, Callinex owns a 100% interest in the claims at the Pine Bay project which consists of an over 6,000 hectare land package along a 10km favorable trend of felsic volcanic rocks within the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt. The project area is located 16km from the City of Flin Flon and is accessible by paved and all-weather gravel roads with established access to power, reliable water sources, and has the ability to operate year-round.","Nash Creek Project: The Nash Creek Property (Property) is located in Restigouche County in northeast New Brunswick and is situated approximately 18 kilometres (km) east of the Port of Belledune and 45 km northwest of city of Bathurst. The Property is comprised of seven contiguous mineral claims, totaling 15,542.31 hectares. Access to the Property is excellent via highway and is adjacent to the nearby Port of Belledune where there is a lead/silver smelter, power plant, deep water port and railway hub with direct access to a zinc smelter in Valleyfield, QC. The initial PEA outlines a 10-year, 3,900 tpd open-pit mining operation with a Dense Media Separation (“DMS”) plant and 1,950 tpd conventional flotation process facility at the Nash Creek Project (the “Project”). The mine plan generates a strong economic return with a pre-tax internal rate of return (“IRR”) of a 34.1% (25.2% post-tax) and a pre-tax Net Present Value (“NPV”) at an 8% discount rate of C$230 million (C$128 million post-tax) based on pre-production capital costs of C$168 million and a zinc price of US$1.25/lb.","Point Leamington Project: The Point Leamington Project is a 100% owned gold-zinc-copper volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposit located in the mining-friendly jurisdiction of Newfoundland, Canada. Discovered in the 1970s by Noranda, the project was advanced as a potential open-pit operation before being sold to Rubicon Minerals in 1997. An option agreement with BHP Billiton in 1999 aimed to earn up to 70% interest. The deposit starts at surface and extends to a vertical depth of approximately 350m, with high-grade mineralization open for expansion down-plunge and along strike. The project benefits from excellent infrastructure, including road access and proximity to power, making it highly accessible for exploration and potential development."]
