Mineral resource
The Yava Property encompasses known base and precious metal occurrences along the Hackett-Back River greenstone belt, positioned just 45 kilometres from Glencore’s Hackett River project, which hosts one of the largest undeveloped silver resources in the world. The historic preliminary resource estimate of 1.3Mt grading 1.03% Cu, 1.6% Pb, 4.96% Zn, 3.42 opt Ag and 0.008 opt Au was prepared for Brascan Resources Ltd. It is classed as a historic mineral resource estimate. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify this historic tonnage estimate as a current mineral resource and the Company is not treating the estimate as a current mineral resource. The historic resource estimate cannot be relied upon. Additional work, including verification drilling / sampling and remodeling, will be required to verify the estimate as a current mineral resource. In addition, the assessment of economic viability would need to be redone using current or foreseeable metals prices, which are higher than those used in the historic estimate.

From 1976 to 2002, the mine produced over 5 billion pounds of zinc and 20 million ounces of silver from 17.9 million tonnes of ore, grading 9% Zn and 35 g/t Ag.\n\n### Plata\nThe Plata Silver Property is a historic producer of high-grade silver ore. Exploration has identified thirty-two mineralized zones hosting high-grade silver, gold, lead and zinc-bearing veins and stockworks.\n\n### Groundhog\nLocated 50 km south of Ross River and 30 km west of the former Ketza Gold Mine in the Watson Lake Mining District of the Yukon, the road accessible 4200 hectare Groundhog project had its initial silver discovery in 1956.\n\n### Hy\nLocated in the Watson Lake Mining District of the Yukon 85 km north of Teck Resources’ Sa Dena Hes deposit, the road accessible Hy project had its initial silver discovery in 1964. Three mineralized zones were the primary focus of past exploration with the areas between them essentially unexplored.\n\n### Clear Lake\nLocated in the Whitehorse Mining District of the Yukon, the Clear Lake Deposit is a sedimentary-exhalative (“SEDEX”) massive sulphide deposit. It is currently delineated as approximately 1,000 meters in length and up to 120 meters wide, with potential to expand.\n\n### Yava\nThe Yava Property is in the Mackenzie Mining District, in the Territory of Nunavut, approximately 450 kilometers northeast of Yellowknife.
