Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) and CIM Definition Standards were followed for Mineral Reserves. 2. Mineral Reserves were generated using the January 1, 2021 mining surface. 3. Mineral Reserves are reported at a 0.10% Cu cut-off grade. 4. Mineral Reserves are reported using long-term copper, gold, and silver prices of $2.75/lb, $1,500/oz, and $18.50/oz, respectively. 5. An average CMM copper process recovery at block model domain recovery, gold process recovery of 65%, and silver process recovery of 70% is based on geo-metallurgical domains and actual plant values. 6. An average Ingerbelle copper process recovery of 88.5%, gold process recovery of 71%, and silver process recovery of 65% is based on geo-metallurgical domains, historical recoveries, and recent testwork. 7. Average bulk density is 2.78 t/m3. 8. Stockpile grades are approximations based on grade control results. 9. Stockpile tonnes and grade based on production grade process. Qualified Person Mr. Stuart Collins, P.E., serves as the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and is the Qualified Person for information regarding the Copper Mountain mine’s Mineral Reserve. Mr. Collins is mine technical services director at Copper Mountain and has reviewed and approved the Mineral Reserve estimate for the Copper Mountain Mine. *From Copper Mountain Mining Corporation website March 27, 2022
Projects
["Miner Mountain Project: Large scale copper-gold alkalic porphyry target northeast of Princeton B.C. that's 2056 hectares in size. Year-round exploration capability, easy road access, and extensive infrastructure. Located near mining friendly Princeton and 15 km north of producing Copper Mountain Mine. Claims cover an extensive well-altered porphyry system containing excellent copper-gold grades and located along the same regional fault system as the Copper Mountain mine.","Cuba Zone & Granby Zone: Over 110 percussion drill holes and 35 diamond drill holes and 46 trenches have explored this well-defined zone. It is composed of two sub-parallel roughly southeast trends of copper-gold-silver mineralization, on the well defined southern 'Cuba Zone' and northern 'Granby Zone'. Both have similar geology and mineralization. Sego’s exploration team identified a flat fault that cut off the mineralization. In our review of the project over the last few months one hole (DDH-37) had apparently crossed the fault into excellent copper-gold mineralization at the end of the hole which appears to be the root of the mineralization found above the fault. Follow up drilling is planned to intersect and expand upon this mineralization. The Cuba/Granby mineralization is hosted in a central monzodiorite dyke or diorite that intrudes volcanic rocks. Three types of alteration and associated mineralization are intermixed at small scales and cannot be effectively separated into discrete domains. A dominate K-feldspar-chlorite assemblage contains very fine-grained disseminated chalcopyrite, locally abundant bornite, and lesser covellite. Local patches or zones of abundant magnetite in andesite affected by intense chlorite ± epidote ± calcite ± chalcopyrite alteration can be viewed an inner propylitic alteration. The third alteration type consists of overprinting albite-sericite ± anhydrite or gypsum alteration with abundant bornite or chalcopyrite. Weaker propylitic alteration surrounds the zone and farther outboard merges with regional greenschist assemblages."]
