About

Scorpio Gold holds a 100% interest in the Manhattan District located in the Walker Lane Trend of Nevada, USA. Scorpio Gold’s Manhattan District is approximately 4,780 hectares and comprises the advanced exploration-stage Goldwedge Mine, with a 400 ton per day maximum capacity gravity mill, and four past-producing pits that were acquired from Kinross in 2021. The consolidated Manhattan District presents an exciting late-stage exploration opportunity, with over 140,000 metres of historical drilling, significant resource potential, and valuable permitting and water rights.

Mineral resource
2025 MAIDEN MINERAL RESOURCE (September 2025) Estimating 740,000 ounces at 1.26 g/t gold 1 with immediate follow-up in the coming 12 months with drilling of an additional 50,000 meters. GRADE & RECOVERY Historic open-pit production returned ~70% gold. Additional historical testing suggests 90+% gold is possible. Our above 1 g/t gold resource in Nevada leads the State’s average grade of 0.60 g/t within the state of the Maiden Resource. EXPANSION POTENTIAL Targeting 50,000 meters to achieve a resource of over 2 million ounces 2 in 12 months. The district is comprised of multiple past producing assets that we intend to connect through drilling. GEOLOGY Low sulphidation epithermal system adjacent to the collapsed Manhattan Caldera with the same complex and geological formations as Round Mountain. Structural intersections appear to be a key gold mineralization control. 1: All 740,000 oz are in the inferred category with a 0.3 g/t gold cut-off grade (source: https://wp-scorpiogold-2025.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/media/2025/10/Scorpio-Gold-Manhattan-Mineral-Resource-Estimate-43-101-FINAL-2025-10-23.pdf) 2: The 2-million-ounce target is conceptual in nature and refers to an exploration target only. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource. This statement is based on geological interpretation and does not imply a mineral resource beyond the areas currently classified as inferred.
Projects
["Scorpio Gold Corporation (“Scorpio Gold” or the “Company”) (TSXV: SGN) is pleased to announce the commencement of a 4,800 meter surface reverse circulation drilling program targeting high-grade mineralized zones intersected in historic drilling below the mined-out Manhattan East and West pits as well as investigate the continuity of mineralization extending northward from the West Pit toward the Goldwedge underground workings on the newly acquired Kinross Manhattan Property in Manhattan, Nevada. The drilling program commenced on the 1st of June with a total of 236 m of RC drilling completed on the first hole. The drill hole on section will target the down dip extension toward SW dip direction below the current mined-out pit shell. The rig has been moved to the second drill location sited the southwestern edge of the West Pit and drilling is in progress. Scorpio Gold controls 6,071 acres (2,457 hectares) around the Company’s 100% owned Goldwedge facility, providing the opportunity to expand surface operations and the potential for expanding underground mining and exploration. The acquisition of the Manhattan project consolidates a large land position along the Reliance Structural Trend, which has significant exploration potential for high-grade gold targets.","Scorpio Gold begins underground definition drilling campaign at its wholly owned Goldwedge project located in Manhattan, Nevada. The Goldwedge project includes a fully permitted underground mine with over 600 meters of underground development and a 400 ton per day mill facility with modifications underway to add a flotation circuit through a toll milling contract with Lode-Star Mining Inc. Scorpio Gold plans to conduct resource definition drilling in areas where the Company’s 2014 surface drilling intersected higher-grade mineralization proximal to existing underground workings. If successful, this will provide a potential source of mineralized mineable material to the Goldwedge milling circuit. The drilling program will utilize the Company’s Atlas Copco 262 skid-mounted drill rig which recently underwent extensive modifications to improve its overall performance for underground operations. Scorpio Gold’s President, Chris Zerga, comments, “The toll milling contract recently signed with Lode-Star that includes the addition of a flotation circuit has provided the impetus to accelerate our evaluation and resource definition of the Goldwedge deposit. We look forward to the results of the drilling program and further development of the project."]
