The Great Atlantic deposit is a flat-lying, laterally extensive, high-purity halite formation with minimal insoluble content. The Mineral Resource estimate is unchanged from the 2023 FS, with a new effective date of September 30, 2025. The estimates are as follows: Indicated: 383 Mt at 96.0% NaCl (contained NaCl: 368 Mt); Inferred: 868 Mt at 95.2% NaCl (contained NaCl: 827 Mt). Probable Mineral Reserves total 95.0 Mt at 95.9% NaCl.

The deposit is located near St. George's, Newfoundland, with direct access to deepwater port facilities. The project has a robust cash flow model based on a 24-year mine plan, with significant improvements in production rate, operating costs, and economic resilience compared to previous studies.","Flat Bay Gypsum Project: Early-stage, profitable open-pit production from the Ace deposit, located 3 km southwest of the Great Atlantic salt deposit. The mine development plan was approved in early 2018, with historical production estimated at approximately 15 million tonnes. In 2021, Atlas sold 160,000 tonnes of gypsum/anhydrite, marking a 69% increase over the previous year. The project benefits from environmental approval to process historic gypsum tailings, which are non-toxic and produced solely by physical crushing and screening.","Black Bay Property: High-grade nepheline outcrops at surface over an area at least 1 km long and up to 200 m wide. The discovery was made in 2016, and Atlas is planning its first-ever drill program.
