["## Shield-Carissa at a Glance\n\nThe Shield-Carissa property is located in the South Pass Mining District, a parallel orogenic shear zone district located approximately 18 kilometers west of the Lewiston Project. This property’s early exploration work suggests the apex of another strongly mineralized shear zone and is less than 1 kilometer from the historic Carissa Mine that produced over 180,000 ounces of gold historically.\n\n- 3,847 acres (1,557 hectares) of active BLM lode mining claims, which include two historic mines – the B&H and Shields mines\n- Relevant Gold rock chip samples up to **4.8 g/t Au**\n- **> 3 km** of East-Northeast anastomosing mineralized shear zone, parallel to the historic Carissa Mine trend\n- Production at the adjacent Carissa Mine is estimated at **200,000 oz Au**\n- Gold mineralization hosted in quartz-arsenopyrite veins and arsenopyrite replacement zones at shear contact with Miner’s Delight wallrock\n- Significant chlorite-silica-sulfide-epidote alteration\n- Strong arsenic anomalies in both rock and soil\n\n## Geology and Mineralization\n\n## The Shield-Carissa property lies at the southwest margin of the South Pass/Atlantic City mining district, largely bounded to the north by the Atlantic Fault. In the overall geological and structural framework of the South Pass granite-greenstone terrane, the property occurs in the zone where major D2 wedge-shaped shear zones juxtapose mafic volcanic rocks of the lower Miners Delight Formation against typical Miners Delight metagreywacke.\n\n2023\n\n## 2023 Exploration at Shield-Carissa\n\nPrevious (2019) reconnaissance work by the Company along the shear structures that host the historic B & H and Carrie Shields mines identified alteration and quartz veining typical of Abitibi-type orogenic-style gold systems. Grab sampling along the shears included highlight samples reporting 6.5 g/t Au. Several samples reporting high gold grades (>5 g/t Au), with the best two returning **18.9 g/t Au** and **486g/t Ag** (Table 1), have emerged from the Company’s more detailed 2023 work program that focused on the corridor between and along strike of these two historic mines. 2023 geological mapping and sampling identified five new mineralized shear zones, two of which appear to connect these historic mines (Figure 1). In addition to the 5 new shear zones, the 2023 mapping program identified multiple wedges of Abitibi-style mafic greenstone rocks including amphibolite and mafic metavolcanics where historical mapping indicated only metagraywacke rocks. These greenstone wedges are bounded by secondary shear structures and are hydrothermally altered to chlorite-actinolite-carbonate ± quartzoxidized sulfide schists cut by mineralized quartz veins reporting highlighted results of **5.56 g/t Au**.\n\nThe 2023 work program defined three new target zones along the 2.7 km Shield-Carissa trend: 1) Palmetto, 2) Gold Nugget, and 3) Hornet (Figure 1). Each zone is characterized by high-grade gold hosted in shear zones cutting favorable greenstone host rocks and are further described below.\n\n**Palmetto Zone**\n\nThe Palmetto zone lies at the southwestern end of the trend and incorporates at least three anastomosing shear zones that lie between, and host, the historical Carrie Shields and B & H mines. The shears are developed along the contacts between mafic rocks and Miner’s Delight metagreywacke and show multiple generations of quartz veining. The highest gold grades occur in gray quartz veinlets carrying pyrite and arsenopyrite. Depending on host lithology, alteration selvages are dominated by chlorite-amphibole-carbonate or quartz-sericite-pyrite- both with minor tourmaline. The alteration selvages are commonly gossanous and is highlighted by samples returning **9.39 g/t Au** and **13.4 g/t Au**, locally with significant silver mineralization highlighted by a sample returning **486.9 g/t Ag**. The surrounding limonite-stained, fractured country rock commonly hosts lower-grade gold mineralization.\n\nThe central shear appears to be the most continuous - traceable through outcrops for over 1 km from the Carrie Shields mine to northwest of the B&H mine. 2023 sampling along this shear is highlighted by samples returning **13.4 g/t Au**, which corroborates earlier samples taken on this shear 150 meters to the NW of the B&H that returned highlighted samples of **6.72 g/t Au**. The B&H mine shear runs about 150m to the southeast of the central shear and is traceable for approximately 600 metres. Prior sampling along the interpreted surface projection of the B&H shear found gold mineralization highlighted by samples returning **4.85 g/t Au** in outcrops and waste piles, with 2023 sampling ranging from below the detection limit to **5.87 g/t Au**. The third shear runs parallel to, and about 250m northwest of, the central shear and is the least well defined. Sampling along it reports highlighted values of **9.32 g/t Au**.\n\n**Gold Nugget Zone**\n\nThis mineralized structure lies north of the Palmetto Zone and is intermittently exposed through cover. It is traceable through historic exploration diggings including a series of backfilled shafts and small prospects. Dumps here show mylonitized, hydrothermally altered amphibolite and gray, quartzcarbonate veins which reported from below detection limit to **2.9 g/t Au**.\n\n**Hornet Zone**\n\nThis mineralized area lies more or less on strike with and to the northeast of the Palmetto Zone. It appears to be a splay off the regionally important Anderson Ridge Fault and includes at least two mineralized strands. Mineralization is similar to that seen elsewhere in the South Pass Greenstone Belt and has yielded the highest-grade sample collected to date from the entire Shield-Carissa project area from a 1-2m wide shear zone developed along the limb of an anticline. Here, the contact between amphibolite and metagraywacke is cut by quartz veining with a broad alteration selvage from which separate selected grab samples returned **18.96 g/t Au** and **5.56 g/t Au**, respectively.\n\nSummary\n\nThe Shield-Carissa project fits the Abitibi gold model and continues to show strong correlation to the directly adjacent +180,000oz historic Carissa mine. Further exploration and definition of the wedges of mafic rocks and mineralized shear structures throughout the property will be an important next step to refine drill targets. The 2.7km footprint of mineralized shear structures and alteration indicates a very large mineralizing system that has never been drilled. Additionally, this project continues to illustrate its connection to the Abitibi gold belt during the time of gold mineralization, further supporting district-scale orogenic potential at Shield-Carissa and throughout the rest of the Company’s Wyoming portfolio.","## Windy Flats at a Glance\n\n- The Company owns 100% interest in the Windy Flats project located southeast of the historic Carrisa mine in the South Pass Mining District.\n- This is a Greenfields project comprised of 313 contiguous unpatented BLM mining claims covering 6,190 acres (2,505 hectares).\n- Windy Flats is a large, unexplored zone of shearing with the same stratigraphy found elsewhere in the South Pass Formation which has recently been exposed because of the wind.\n- As the name implies, winds are prominent on the property, and unconsolidated Tertiary South Pass Formation is actively being eroded and carried away by the wind.\n- A zone of prominent shearing and quartz veining several hundred meters wide was mapped and has been sampled during the 2022 field season.\n- Prominent Lidar-interpreted isoclinal fold closures occur within the property and should be investigated for potential saddle-reef style gold mineralization.\n- Additional discrete D2 shear zones are exposed at the northern and southern ends of the property.","## Golden Buffalo at a Glance\n\nThe Golden Buffalo Project is located immediately southeast of the Wind River Mountain Range in west-central Wyoming. The project site is located approximately 65 kilometers southeast of Lander, Wyoming (Figure 1.1) in Fremont County and is composed of both private land and public land managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).\n\n- 13,887 acres (5,620 hectares) of active BLM mining claims, including 58 acres (23 hectares) of patented claims at Hidden Hand.\n- >10 km mineralized shear zone trend.\n- Relevant Gold’s Lewiston project claims include the historic Hidden Hand, Burr, Goodhope, and Lone Pine mines.\n- Historic reported samples include 1,690 oz/ton Au; Relevant Gold rock chip samples up to 62 g/t Au + 8.1% Cu.\n- Arsenic (As), Antimony (Sb), Tungsten (W) and Copper (Cu) enriched shear zones that historically have reported significant high-grade bonanza style gold within the shear structures and associated veining.\n- Relevant Gold has two permitted drill targets at Lewiston with a third permit pending.\n- [**Click here to view the NI43-101 technical report for this project.**](https://relevantgoldcorp.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/RGCLWTechRpt.pdf)\n\n## Regional Magnetics Survey\n\nIn 2023 the Wyoming Geological Survey (WSGS) and U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) flew an airborne magnetics geophysical survey covering the Company’s entire 16,000-hectare portfolio of projects. The survey revealed structural and geological details far surpassing existing mapping. Importantly, some of the most prominent anomalies highlighted by the survey are major structures at South Pass and Bradley Peak gold camps. The survey shows patterns very similar to those of Canada’s Abitibi Gold Province and provides strong support for the Company’s exploration thesis that Wyoming has Abitibi-style geology and gold potential.\n\n### Exploration and Development Timeline\n\n2024\n\n2023\n\n2022\n\n## 2024 Exploration at Lewiston\n\n**Above:** Geologic map of Relevant Gold’s Lewiston property depicting the locations of the 2023 drill program at Heavy Hand and the 2024 drill program at the Burr target, as well as the >10km structural corridor that connects these targets.\n\nThe 2024 drilling campaign at the Burr Target in Lewiston saw all six drill holes intersected appreciable gold mineralization. The program included six HQ diamond core drill holes totaling 1,026 metres (m), and each hole intersected shear-hosted gold mineralization below and lateral to historical mine workings. The results confirm a large orogenic gold footprint with strong discovery potential for follow-up drilling at Lewiston.\n\nAssay Highlights*:\n\n- **2.2 g/t Au over 1.5 m** within a broad zone of mineralization averaging **1.4 g/t Au over 2.4 m**,\n- **1.3 g/t Au over 1.85 m** within a broad zone of mineralization averaging **0.33 g/t Au over 9.2 m**,\n- **1.8 g/t Au over 0.8 m**,\n- **1.2 g/t Au over 0.81 m** within a widespread shear-hosted gold zone highlighted by **23 m averaging 0.13 g/t Au**.\n\n*All reported intercepts are core length.\n\nSee the full [table of results](https://relevantgoldcorp.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/2024-Burr-Target-Drill-and-Assay-Results-Final-1.pdf) for more information.\n\n## 2023 Exploration at Lewiston\n\nDuring the 2023 field season, Relevant Gold drilled 11 holes totaling **1,560 m** of diamond core at the Heavy Hand target. Drilling **intersected shear-hosted gold mineralization in 10 of 11 drill holes**, cutting multiple near-vertical shears across a 500 m wide corridor, 600 m along strike, and to vertical depths of 225 m, illustrating a sizeable oxide gold footprint at the apex of a prominent orogenic gold system. Mineralized shear structures are highlighted by 10 m (core length) averaging **0.35 g/t Au** in hole 23-LD011 and 6 m (core length) averaging **0.29 g/t Au** in Hole 23-LD010 including 1 m (core length) of **0.96 g/t Au**. Narrow higher-grade shears are highlighted by **0.5 m** (core length) of **1.9 g/t Au**. and **0.7m** (core length) at **1.72 g/t Au**.\n\n“We cut gold in almost all of the first holes ever drilled into a 500 m X 1000 m target, demonstrating that Lewiston hosts a large, fertile orogenic gold system that is begging to be drilled deeper. So far, Heavy Hand checks all the early boxes necessary to quickly evolve into a major gold discovery in Wyoming,” said Rob Bergmann, Relevant Gold CEO. “These results give us a second district-scale, Abitibi-like discovery opportunity and we have another 10 targets in the pipeline ready to advance across our portfolio.”"]
