Mirasol recently signed a landmark option agreement with Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile SA (SQM) to double the size of its flagship Sobek Project in the Vicuña Copper-Gold-Silver District of northeast Chile. This agreement, announced on February 14, 2024, allows Mirasol to earn 80% of the Rosita Project by incurring US$4 million in exploration expenditures and making annual option fee payments totaling US$3 million over six years.
