The 2019 Selinsing and Buffalo Reef/Felda Mineral Resources were updated by John Graindorge, an employee of Snowden, who is the independent Qualified Person for the March 31, 2018 Mineral Resources as defined by NI 43-101. The 2019 Selinsing and Buffalo Reef/Felda Mineral Reserves were estimated by Frank Blanchfield, an employee of Snowden, who is the independent Qualified Person for the March 31, 2018 Mineral Reserves as defined by NI 43-101.

**Recommendations**

The opportunity to include inferred resources was also discussed in the Feasibility Study. The Inferred Mineral Resource inside the Reserve open pit designs potentially contains an additional 20 koz of gold. The Inferred Mineral Resource external to the open pit design contains 130 koz of gold. Recommendations have been suggested to initiate further exploration programs, aimed on conversion of Inferred Mineral Resources to Indicated Mineral Resources. Should those conversions be successful, the Mineral Reserves could potentially be significantly increased. The Selinsing Gold Mine has a proven record in converting oxide Inferred Mineral Resources to recovered ounces.

### Western Australia- Murchison Gold Resources

**_Current Resources-Burnakura-July 2018_**

The Company filed a report titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report-Updated Mineral Resources, Burnakura Gold Project, Western Australia, Australia at www.sedar.com and prepared by SRK Consulting (Australasia) Pty Ltd (“SRK”) July 18 2018. The mine is situated 158km north of Kuala Lumpur and has a gold processing plant and infrastructure buildings that are easily accessible from all the nearby properties.\n\nThe Selinsing and Buffalo Reef properties were acquired by Monument in June 2007. After completing a preliminary economic assessment, project financing and plant construction, the first CIL gold treatment plant started commercial production in October 2010. The plant capacity was increased from 0.4 to 1.00 million tpa in 2012. The oxide ore production by CIL plant ended in mid-November 2022, making way for the next phase of gold production: gold concentrate from the new sulphide gold flotation plant.\n\nSulphide gold production planning at Selinsing began with a NI 43-101 Report “Selinsing Gold Sulphide Project” (“the 2019 Feasibility Study”) produced by Snowden Mining Industry Consultants Pty Ltd, which replaced the existing gold inventory with gold resources of 880koz and reserves of 267koz at 1.45 g/t to extend the mine life by a further six years with upside potential. A gold sulphide flotation plant with a capacity of 950,000 tonnes per annum was built from March 2022 to March 2023 to process the sulphide ore. The first gold concentrate was filtered in December 2022, First gold concentrate shipments began in June 2023, commercial production began in September 2023.\n\n## Selinsing Gold Mine Road Map to Success\n\n2007\n\nJune 2007\n\nAcquired Selinsing and Buffalo Reef properties ($41m)\n\n2008\n\nJune 2008\n\nCapital Raises to Fund Mine Construction ($28m)\n\n2009\n\nOctober 2009\n\nFirst Gold Pour from Gravity Circuit\n\n2010\n\nSeptember 2010\n\nCommercial production from CIL Circuit\n\n2012\n\nJune 2012\n\nPlant Expansion to 1M tpa-Tailing Storage Upgraded ($10.3m)\n\n2016\n\nDecember 2016\n\nUpdated NI 43-101 Reserves & Resources at Selinsing & Buffalo Reef\n\n2017\n\nMay 2017\n\nCommenced FEED & FS for Selinsing Gold Sulphide Processing\n\n2017\n\nOctober 2017\n\nClosed Felda Block 7 Transaction\n\n2018\n\nJuly 2018\n\nCompleted FEED study for Selinsing Gold Sulphide Processing Project\n\n2019\n\nJanuary 2019\n\nNI 43-101 Feasibility Study for Selinsing Sulphide Project\n\n2019\n\nOctober 2019\n\nSelinsing pours 1,000th Gold Bar\n\n2020\n\nFebruary 2020\n\nDiscovers the Mentique Prospect\n\n2021\n\nFebruary 2021\n\nCommenced Sulphide gold project stage 1 flotation plant\n\n2022\n\nMarch 2022\n\nGround-breaking ceremony for flotation plant construction\n\n2023\n\nMarch 2023\n\nFlotation plant construction completed\n\n2023\n\nJune 2023\n\nFirst gold concentrate shipments began\n\n2023\n\nSeptember 2023\n\nCommercial production began\n\n2025\n\nJuly 2025\n\nCommencement of Expansion Drilling Program at Selinsing Gold Mine","## Murchison Gold Portfolio\n\n1. The Murchison Goldfield has yielded approximately 35moz of gold to date and it still delivers significant production from a number of currently operating mines and there is great potential for further substantial discoveries utilising modern exploration.\n\nMurchison was acquired in 2014 with historical resources of 644koz Au, a fully operational camp, 260ktpa gold processing plant (currently on care & maintenance) and several historical open pits and underground mines.\n\nThe Burnakura and Gabanintha properties were acquired in February 2014, having a total historical JORC Historical Resource of 563koz Au (153koz Au at Gabanintha, 410koz Au at Burnakura). Gabanintha is within trucking distance of the Burnakura plant. Since the acquisition, 381koz of Au resources have been reported to NI 43-101 standards at Burnakura comprising Indicated Resources of 293koz Au and Inferred Resources of 88koz Au. Monument has also refurbished a set of crushing circuits to upgrade the Burnakura gold processing plant and upgraded and maintained the 118 person mine camp and associated infrastructure ready for near term production.\n\nThe Tuckanarra project was purchased in November 2014 and contains an historical Indicated and Inferred JORC compliant resource of approximately 80koz Au. In December 2020, Monument sold an 80% interest in Tuckanarra to Odyssey Gold Ltd., leaving Monument with a 20% free carried interest until a decision to mine and a 1% NSR royalty over Odyssey’s 80% interest in the property. An unincorporated joint venture was formed with Odyssey to advance the exploration over Tuckanarra, with Odyssey solely responsible for funding the exploration and evaluation activities at Tuckanarra until a decision to mine is reached. The future processing of ore from tenements held by Odyssey through the Burnakura plant remains an option should commercial terms be reached.\n\n## Murchison Road Map to Production\n\n2014\n\nFebruary 2014\n\nAcquisition of Murchison Gold Project ($15m)\n\n2014\n\nNovember 2014\n\nAcquisition of Tuckanarra Gold Property ($4m)\n\n2014 ~ 2015\n\n2014 ~ 2015\n\nCompletion of Drilling Program at ANA, Federal City\n\n2015\n\nApril 2015\n\nFiled NI 43-101 Resource Estimate on ANA\n\n2015 ~ 2017\n\n2015 ~ 2017\n\nCompletion of drilling programs at NOAs and crushing plant upgrade ready for installation; completion of initial economic assessment for CIL/HL production\n\n2018\n\nFebruary 2018\n\nCommenced underground mining scoping study, to be included in the PEA\n\n2018\n\nMay-October 2018\n\nCompleted three drilling programs: ANA Deep Pit Drilling, NOA 7/8 Deep Exploration, and Burnakura Shallow Oxide; results have positive geological implications\n\n2018\n\nJuly 2018\n\nSEDAR filed NI 43-101 Updated Mineral Resources\n\n2019\n\nSeptember 2019\n\nMurchison 3D structural study confirms near mine down-plunge potential and highlights regional prospectively\n\n2020\n\nJuly 2020\n\nDrilling program successfully identified down plunge extensions of high grade gold mineralization at the Burnakura and Gabanintha projects\n\n2020\n\nDecember 2020\n\nCompleted a sale of 80% interest in the Tuckanarra Gold Project\n\n2021\n\nMarch 2021\n\nEconomic assessment update for the project including revised costings, pit optimisations and mine planning have all been reviewed independently by SRK\n\n2021\n\nJune 2021\n\nCommenced Exploration Program at Burnakura\n\n2022\n\nSeptember 2022\n\nCompleted Exploration Program at Burnakura\n\n2025\n\nApril 2025\n\nEntered into MOU’s with Odyssey Gold and Great Boulder Resources to evaluate treating their ore at Burnakura plant"]
