["La Gitana is located in south-west Mexico. Drilling has discovered an epithermal mineral system prospective for near-surface, bulk-tonnage, gold-silver deposits.","Pena Blanca is located 15 kilometres north-west of La Gitana. A large-tonnage, epithermal, gold-silver prospect covering an extensive area of hydrothermal alteration and mineralized structures.","Beaver is a 100% owned nickel-cobalt project located in south-central British Columbia. Exploration including initial drilling indicates the property has good potential for large, bulk-tonnage, near-surface sulphide nickel deposits with cobalt credits.","Lynx is a 100% owned nickel property located in south-central British Columbia, 11 kilometres south of Beaver project. Exploration sampling and magnetic surveys has delineated multiple areas prospective for hosting large, bulk-tonnage sulphide nickel deposits, similar or larger in nature, to the company’s nearby Beaver nickel-cobalt project.","Fleetwood is a 100% Inomin owned zinc-copper-silver-gold Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) project located in southwestern British Columbia. The Fleetwood project is located at the northern extension of a 6 km by 2 km northwest trending structure hosting extensive Kuroko style zinc-copper-silver-gold rich VMS mineralization. Inomin has formed a strategic alliance to consolidate the district to enhance the exploration and development attractiveness of the region. Several untested areas within the enlarged project area provide multiple opportunities to discover new VMS deposits. The project is available for joint venture.","King’s Point in Newfoundland covers two project areas of approximately 3,225 hectares collectively, and is owned 100% by Inomin. The King’s Point gold-base metals project is within the prolific Catcher’s Pond Belt in the Green Bay area of Newfoundland, noted for high-grade gold deposits. The property hosts several “Buchans-style” volcanogenic massive sulphides (VMS) exploration targets, including the former producing Rendall-Jackman gold-copper mine, the Golden Anchor epithermal gold zone, and the zinc-rich Beetle Pond VMS prospect. Acquired by Maritime Resources - Now New Found Gold Corp. (TSX.V: NFG) King’s Point in Newfoundland covers two core project areas of approximately 3,225 hectares plus certain mineral claims within 3 kilometres of the core areas. The project was acquired by Maritime Resources in 2021. Inomin holds a 1% NSR (Net Smelter Royalty) on King’s Point. Emerging Mining Camp Maritime Resources (acquired by New Found Gold in 2025) is working towards developing their adjacent high-grade Hammerdown gold deposit into production, and exploring for nearby gold and base metals deposits. Precious and Base Metals Eight precious and base metals prospects discovered including epithermal gold mineralization at Golden Anchor, gold-copper VMS at Rendall Jackman, and zinc dominant VMS at Beetle Pond. Ideal Infrastructure Located within 10 kilometres by roads from the coastal communities of King’s Point and Springdale, home of Eastern Analytical assay laboratory and other support services. The King’s Point gold-base metals project is within the prolific Catcher’s Pond Belt in the Green Bay area of Newfoundland, noted for high-grade gold deposits. The property hosts several “Buchans-style” volcanogenic massive sulphides (VMS) exploration targets, including the former producing Rendall-Jackman gold-copper mine, the Golden Anchor epithermal gold zone, and the zinc-rich Beetle Pond VMS prospect. The northern claim block is located within 2 km of the Hammerdown gold deposit. This area covers known extensions of the gold-bearing deformation zone that host the Hammerdown and Orion gold deposits including several narrow gold veins within the Golden Anchor zone. These veins are similar to the Hammerdown veins with historic samples assaying up to 3 g/t gold. The southern claims are also underlain by the Catchers Pond Group which is host to several Lochinvar style zinc and copper rich (+/-Ag and Au) prospects. Previous limited drilling has encountered several intersections of narrow massive sulphides and broad base metal rich, stringer style mineralization in large hydrothermal alteration haloes. Further drilling is needed to sufficiently test for significant base metal deposits. In short, exploration at King’s Points has included prospecting, geophysical surveys and initial drilling to delineate multiple mineral zones. These prospective areas warrant further exploration as documented by the King’s Point 43-101 Technical Report. The King’s Point project has excellent accessibility, infrastructure and services nearby, located only minutes from the coastal towns of King’s Point and Springdale, the mining hub of Newfoundland. In May 2018, Inomin entered into an option agreement with Maritime Resources Corp. on King’s Point. Maritime acquired a 100% interest in King’s Point in 2021 by paying Inomin cash, shares and completing work commitments over 3 years. Inomin holds a 1% NSR (Net Smelter Royalty) on King’s Point, including mineral claims acquired by Maritime within 3 kilometres from the perimeter of the King’s Point project."]
