- **Mineral resource:** The current MRE is summarized in Table 1 and incorporates a total of 242 surface drill holes (36,271.7 m) that includes 17,109 sampled intervals. The deposit database also includes lithological, alteration, mineralization and structural descriptions and measurements taken from drill core logs. An additional 31 drill holes (11,194 m) were incorporated into the existing drill hole database, representing the drilling completed by Monarch since the initial MRE completed in 2021. No new drilling has been conducted by LaFleur Minerals to date. The mineral resource area for the Swanson deposit covers an area 475 m long, 425 m wide and 500 m deep and is constrained by a combined open-pit and underground mining scenario to meet reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction (RPEEE). The current MRE was optimized with a price of gold at $1,850 resulting in a cut-off grade of 0.80 g/t gold cut-off grade for the open-pit constrained resource and a cut-off grade of 2.30 g/t Au for the underground constrained resource with a minimum width of 2.0 m, which is appropriate for this style of deposit and typical of similar gold mines in the Abitibi Gold Belt.
- **Projects:** ["# Swanson Gold Project\n\nA district-scale opportunity in the heart of the Abitibi Gold Belt. Now spanning 19,214 hectares (192 km²), 464 mineral claims and 1 mining lease.\n\nThe preliminary economic assessment is preliminary in nature, and it includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves, and there is no certainty that the preliminary economic assessment will be realized.\n\n## A Premier Gold Asset in Québec\n\nNestled within the world-renowned Abitibi Gold Belt in Québec, the Swanson Gold Project is a cornerstone of LaFleur Minerals Inc.’s exploration activities. Québec is consistently recognized as a top-tier mining jurisdiction, offering stability, infrastructure, and strong government support — with access to flow-through capital to help fund exploration.\n\nThe Swanson Gold Project now spans **19,214 hectares (192 km²), 464 mineral claims and 1 mining lease** and is accessible by both road and rail, with several nearby gold mills — including LaFleur’s own Beacon Gold Mill within 50 km. The project includes multiple gold-bearing target zones — the **Swanson Gold Deposit**, **Bartec**, and **Jolin** — supported by over **36,000 metres** of historical drilling data.\n\n### Abitibi Gold Belt: A Proven Producer\n\nThe Abitibi Greenstone Belt is one of the most prolific gold-producing greenstone belts globally. Swanson is strategically located near established producers and developers, benefiting from a mature mining ecosystem.\n\n### Investment in Exploration\n\nWith over **$5 million** invested in exploration by the previous owner between 2021 and 2023, Swanson arrived with key infrastructure already in place — including a decline portal and a ramp extending to ~80m depth. Since acquiring the project in April 2024, LaFleur has invested aggressively, completing over **22,500 metres of diamond drilling** to date and systematically expanding the resource base.\n\nIn **March 2026**, LaFleur announced the results of a **positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA)** — completed by global firm Environmental Resources Management (ERM) — confirming a capital-efficient, low-complexity development pathway. The PEA highlights an **after-tax IRR of 65%**, a **C$101 million NPV** at a US$2,750/oz base-case gold price, and a swift **1.8-year payback**, with an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of just **US$1,569/oz**. Initial capital is estimated at only **C$31 million**, leveraging LaFleur's fully permitted and refurbished Beacon Gold Mill located within trucking distance of the deposit.\n\nIn **April 2026**, LaFleur entered into a term sheet with **Trafigura Canada Limited** for a **C$30 million prepayment facility and gold doré offtake agreement** — non-dilutive financing that underpins the planned Beacon Gold Mill restart and mill expansion toward 1,250 tpd. Trafigura, one of the world's leading commodity trading firms, holds a right of first refusal to fund a further expansion to 3,000–4,000 tpd.\n\nActive drilling throughout 2026 continues to demonstrate the scale and continuity of the Swanson system. Recent headline intercepts include **1.18 g/t Au over 255.04 metres** and **1.65 g/t Au over 136.1 metres** (April 2026), as well as **2.95 g/t Au over 80.00 metres** and **2.37 g/t Au over 88.05 metres** (May 2026) — with visible gold intersected and mineralization remaining open at depth and along strike. LaFleur's strengthened leadership team, including executives from Probe Gold and Probe Mines, is focused on advancing Swanson toward near-term gold production.\n\n### Project at a Glance\n\nBuilding on **$5 million** invested by the previous owner (2021–2023), LaFleur has since drilled over **22,500 metres** at Swanson. A positive PEA (March 2026) confirmed an **after-tax IRR of 65%**, a **C$101M NPV**, and a **1.8-year payback** at a US$2,750/oz base case. In April 2026, LaFleur secured a **C$30M prepayment facility with Trafigura** to advance the Beacon Gold Mill restart. Drilling continues to expand the system, with 2026 intercepts as strong as **2.95 g/t Au over 80m** and **1.18 g/t Au over 255m**.\n\n192km² Land Package\n\n464Mineral Claims\n\n50km to Mill\n\n\\* An updated 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate for the Swanson Gold Deposit includes an Indicated Mineral Resource of 2.96 Mt at 1.69 g/t Au for 160.3 koz of contained gold (30% increase from previous MRE) and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 1.08 Mt at 1.93 g/t Au for 66.8 koz of contained gold, with expansion potential through depth extensions and satellite deposits (Bartec, Jolin) targeting 1 million oz milestone.\n\n## Strategic Location & Access\n\nThe Swanson Gold Project is easily accessible by road, located just 66 km north of the city of Val-d’Or, Québec. The property’s prime location ensures it is less than an hour by road or rail to several nearby gold mills, supported by existing infrastructure including roadways, rail connections, and power lines.\n\nLaFleur's strategy is built around a simple but powerful concept: feeding its fully permitted Beacon Gold Mill, only ~50 km away and within trucking distance, with mineralized material from its own Swanson Gold Project to create a vertically integrated, low-cost production model.\n\n## District-Scale Consolidation\n\nThe Swanson Gold Project has seen significant expansion since its initial acquisition from Monarch Mining in April 2024. The original purchase covered ~5,210.8 hectares and has since grown through additional acquisitions and strategic staking.\n\nToday, the consolidated project covers **19,214 hectares (192 km²), 464 mineral claims and 1 mining lease** and extends coverage of favourable geology to over **33 km** of strike length, unlocking new exploration opportunities along strike and at depth.\n\n## Geological Potential\n\nThe project lies within a favorable volcanic corridor up to 7 km wide, extending for 27 km along strike. The geology is characterized by significant structural disruptions, shear zones, and intrusions—classic ingredients for orogenic gold deposits.\n\nMineralization is associated with altered mafic volcanics, ultramafics (fuchsite), and syenite intrusions. The property hosts **25 mineral showings**, including 22 gold occurrences, with high-grade and visible gold reported. Critical minerals such as Ag, Cu, Zn, Pb, and Mo also provide useful pathfinder elements for exploration.\n\n## Other Deposits\n\nBeyond the main Swanson Deposit, the property hosts several other significant zones:\n\n- **Jolin (Au)** Historical estimate: Indicated 190,000 t @ 6.6 g/t Au; Inferred 250,000 t @ 8.2 g/t Au.\n- **Bartec (Au)** Reported historical estimate: 113,400 t @ 7.9 g/t Au (1926 discovery).\n\nA Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimates above as current mineral resources, and the Company is not treating these historical estimates as current mineral resources. These historical estimates are considered relevant as they demonstrate continuity and potential, but are not compliant with CIM and NI 43-101 disclosure standards.\n\n## Other Deposits Within the Swanson Project\n\nTwo industrial mineral showings are located on the property:\n\n1. Manville-Bolduc Asbestos Mine (reported historical production: 737,549 t @ ~2% asbestos, 1974–1977).\n2. Carpentier Pyrophyllite deposit (reported historical estimate: 907,000 t @ 40% pyrophyllite).\n\nA Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify these historical estimates as current mineral resources and the Company is not treating these historical estimates as current mineral resources.\n\n## 2026 Updated Mineral Resource Estimate\n\nUpdated for the Swanson Gold Deposit with an effective date of February 18, 2026, highlighting strong resource growth and a robust open-pit plus underground inventory.\n\n### Highlights\n\n- **Indicated Resources:** 2.96 Mt @ 1.69 g/t Au for **160.3 koz** contained gold.\n- **Open Pit Indicated:** 2.74 Mt @ 1.62 g/t Au for **142.5 koz**.\n- **Underground Indicated:** 221 kt @ 2.51 g/t Au for **17.8 koz**.\n- **Inferred Resources:** 1.08 Mt @ 1.93 g/t Au for **66.8 koz** contained gold.\n- **Open Pit Inferred:** 854 kt @ 1.75 g/t Au for **48.0 koz**.\n- **Underground Inferred:** 225 kt @ 2.60 g/t Au for **18.8 koz**.\n\n~30% increase in Indicated resources vs. 2024 MRE\n\n### Key Assumptions\n\n- **Gold price:** US$2,500/oz\n- **Open pit COG:** 0.5 g/t\n- **Underground COG:** 1.85 g/t\n- **Recovery:** Open pit 90% mining / 84% milling\n- **Recovery:** Underground 85% mining / 84% milling\n\n**2026 Updated MRE for the Swanson Gold Deposit** Effective date February 18, 2026\n\n| Resource Classification | Mining Method | Tonnes (kt) | Au Grade (g/t) | Contained Au (koz) |\n| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |\n| Indicated | Open Pit | 2,735 | 1.62 | 142.5 |\n| Underground | 221 | 2.51 | 17.8 |\n| Total Indicated Resources | 2,956 | 1.69 | 160.3 |\n| Inferred | Open Pit | 854 | 1.75 | 48.0 |\n| Underground | 225 | 2.60 | 18.8 |\n| Total Inferred Resources | 1,079 | 1.93 | 66.8 |\n\n### MRE Notes (Summary)\n\n- No Mineral Reserves declared. The results confirmed broad zones of mineralization below the current pit shell, open in all directions.\n\n27.79 g/tover 10.18 m\n\n0.92 g/tover 225 m\n\n18.18 g/tover 13.5 m\n\n11.07 g/tover 7.40 m\n\n7.83 g/tover 8.82 m\n\n0.65 g/tover 193.4 m\n\nTrue thickness is approximately 85% of the indicated length of the core, except for holes SW-22-024 and 025 where the true width is estimated to be between 60% and 70% of core length.\n\n## 2025 Exploration Program\n\nTo date, seven (7) diamond drill holes totaling 1,764 metres have been completed at its Swanson Gold Project since drilling commenced in early July. Three (3) of these holes have been sampled, sawn, and sent to the assay laboratory for analysis, with final results expected in the coming weeks.\n\nDrilling is currently focused on the northern part of the Swanson Gold Project near the Swanson Gold Deposit, which hosts an Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate. These regional exploration holes are testing geological, geophysical, and geochemical targets up to 3 km from the Swanson Gold Deposit and along strike of a major structural break.\n\n**Key observations from core logging of the recent drill holes are summarized below:**\n\n- **Pyrite** and other sulphides are consistently observed in the drill holes, classic **pathfinder minerals** for gold.\n- **A 17.9-metre-wide sulphide-rich zone** (true width currently unknown) in drill hole SW-025-038 is a standout intersection that may indicate the potential for gold mineralization; however, assay results are still pending.\n- The presence of silicification, carbonate alteration, sericite, chlorite, fuchsite, and quartz veining are classic indicators of hydrothermal fluid movement, which often carries gold. The consistent appearance of shearing, stockwork veining, and brecciation also suggests structural controls that may localize gold mineralization. The presence of alteration and sulphides over multiple holes and rock types also increases the likelihood of defining a larger mineralized system.\n- **Fuchsite alteration** in drill hole SW-025-036 is particularly notable as it is also an important pathfinder and frequently associated with gold mineralization in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.\n\nThe fully funded and permitted drill program includes a minimum of 5,000 metres of drilling targeting priority areas identified through extensive historical data compilation and recent fieldwork, including the Swanson Gold Deposit, as well as the Bartec, Jolin, and Marimac target zones.\n\n- High-resolution airborne magnetic and VLF-EM surveys\n- Prospecting and soil geochemistry surveys\n- Induced polarization (IP) survey program\n\nDrilling, which already commenced at the Swanson Gold Deposit, will test key structural, geological, geochemical, and geophysical anomalies for additional gold mineralization potential along strike."]
