Projects Overview
Jaguar Mining Inc. operates the MTL Complex, which includes the Turmalina gold mine and processing plant, along with three satellite deposits: Faina, Pontal, and Zona Basal. The Turmalina mine utilizes sub-level stoping and has a processing capacity of 3,000 tonnes per day. The Faina ore body is expected to increase throughput at the MTL complex, with first tonnage milled occurring in the second quarter of 2024. The Paciência Complex, which includes two underground mines and a processing plant, was placed on care and maintenance in May 2012, but options to bring the Santa Isabel mine back online are being evaluated.
