Bartole President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bartole has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since November 2012; prior thereto, Mr. Bartole was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vero Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from September 2005 to November 2012. Mr. Bartole was also previously Vice President, Operations of True Energy and held management and engineering roles at Husky Energy Inc., Renaissance Energy Ltd. and PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. He was also a director of Invicta Energy and other private corporations. Mr. Bartole is a member of APEGA, the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a governor of CAPP. Darren Dittmer Chief Financial Officer Mr. Dittmer has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at InPlay since October 2013. Prior thereto, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Energy Inc. from September 2008 until the sale of all of its assets in July 2013. Prior thereto, Mr. Dittmer was the Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Energy Inc. and prior Controller of Kereco Energy Ltd., Ketch Resources Ltd. and Upton Resources Inc. Kevin Yakiwchuk Vice President, Exploration Mr. Yakiwchuk is a Professional Geologist and has been the Vice President, Exploration at InPlay since November 2012. Prior thereto, Kevin was the Vice President, Exploration at Vero Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from September 2005 to November 2012. Prior thereto, Mr. Yakiwchuk was the Vice President, Exploration at True Energy, geologist at Crestar Energy Inc, Renaissance Energy Ltd. and Shell Canada. Brent Howard Vice President, Operations Mr. Howard has held the role of Vice President, Operations of InPlay since May 2023. Previously, he was the Manager of Operations at Prairie Storm Energy. Prior thereto, Mr. Leonard was the Vice President, Energy Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity. Rob Jamieson Vice President, Engineering Mr. Jamieson has held the role of Vice President, Engineering of InPlay since May 2025. Previously, he was the Manager of Engineering and Exploitation at InPlay beginning June 2022. Prior thereto, Mr. Jamieson was the Vice President, Operations and COO at Amicus Petroleum and Tyrannex Energy, Vice President, Operations at Coral Hill Energy and previously held engineering roles at Wave Energy and Penn West Energy. Board Regan Davis Independent Businessman Mr. Davis is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of STEP Energy Services until his retirement on September 30, 2022 where he was a co-founder and led the company through multiple acquisitions, expansion into the United States and an initial public offering. Mr. Davis has an extensive resume with exploration and production companies including management and board positions. He was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the year in 2006, 2014 and 2017. Mr. Davis holds an ICD.D designation and he has held board positions with various public, private, and charitable organizations. Joan E. Dunne Independent Businesswoman Ms. Dunne is an independent businesswoman and an experienced board member. Ms. Dunne is a director of Tundra Oil & Gas Limited, a private light oil company wholly owned by James Richardson & Sons. She was a director of Webber Academy Foundation (from 2019 to 2024), Three Valley Copper Corp. (from 2014 to 2023), Capital Market Authority Implementation Organization (from 2016 to 2021), Painted Pony Energy Ltd. (from 2016 to 2020), and was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Painted Pony (from start-up in 2007 to 2013). Craig Golinowski Managing Partner of Carbon Infrastructure Partners Mr. Golinowski is a Managing Partner of Carbon Infrastructure Partners (formerly JOG Capital Corp.), a private equity investment management company, where he has been employed since 2007; prior thereto, Mr. Golinowski was an Investment Banker with RBC Capital Markets from 2002 to 2005. A Certified Public Accountant with decades of international business experience, Mr. Erez has held senior executive and board positions across public and private companies in the energy, finance, real estate, and commercial sectors. He brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, capital markets, financing, IFRS, and strategic leadership, together with broad experience in international business operations and complex financial transactions. Stephen C. Nikiforuk President of Viridian Family Office Inc. Mr. Nikiforuk has been the President and Chief Experience Officer of Viridian Family Office Inc. (formerly Loram 99 Corporation), a private company, since October 2020. He was the General Manager of Loram 99 Corporation from May 2020 to October 2020 and the Controller of Loram 99 Corporation from November 2019 to May 2020. Prior thereto, Mr. Nikiforuk was the President of MyOwnCFO Professional Corporation since October 2011 and President of MyOwnCFO Inc. from July 2009 to June 2012, both private companies. He was the Corporate Business Manager of 1173373 Alberta Ltd. (a private company) from July 2009 to July 2011 and the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Energy Inc. (formerly Kereco Energy Ltd.), a public oil and gas company, from January 2005 to March 2008. Mr. Nikiforuk is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee of Whitecap Resources Ltd. Dale O. Shwed Independent Businessman Mr. Shwed most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crew Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from June 2003 until October 2024; prior thereto, Mr. Shwed was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Baytex Energy Ltd., a public oil and gas company. Tamir Polikar Executive VP and CFO of Delek Group Mr. Polikar is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves as the VP & Chief Financial Officer of Delek Group Ltd., where he also acts as a director for several Delek Group subsidiaries, including Ithaca Energy Plc (LSE: ITH) and NewMed Energy (TLV: NWMD). Over the past five years, previously he has served as CEO of Aspen Group and Sonol Israel and as CFO of the Israel Electric Corporation.
