The Jackpot Lithium property, located in the Georgia Lake Area about 140 km NNE of Thunder Bay, Ontario, contains NI 43-101 compliant minerals resources that are contained in two pits located approximately 500 m from each other, the Jackpot deposit and the Casino Royale deposit. The mineral resource estimates are as follows: Indicated: 3.1 Mt grading 0.85% Li2O; Inferred: 5.3 Mt grading 0.91% Li2O. The Casino Royale deposit remains open for expansion in all directions. The initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate on the Jackpot Deposit was estimated from over 39,000 meters of drill core.

["Jackpot: The Jackpot Lithium property is characterized by swarms of mineralized lithium-bearing granitic pegmatite dikes distributed over at least five zones on an 18,800 ha land package. The project highlights include growing open pittable lithium resources, with NI 43-101 Resources: Indicated: 3.1 Mt grading 0.85% Li2O; Inferred: 5.3 Mt grading 0.91% Li2O. The resources are contained in two shallow, open pittable pits, Jackpot and Casino Royale. The Casino Royale deposit is defined by only eight holes and is open for expansion in all directions. The Jackpot deposit has been the focus of exploration drilling on the broader Jackpot property, with over 45,000 meters of exploration completed to date. The deposit consists of a swarm of mineralized, spodumene-bearing, pegmatite dikes that are shallow dipping to the north. Modern drilling has extended the swarm by 400 m along strike, tracing it over a 900 m strike, 300 m down dip and to a depth of 200 m. The initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate on the Jackpot Deposit was estimated from over 39,000 meters of drill core. The Casino Royale zone was drilled in 2024 and to date has traced a pegmatite ranging in thickness between 3 m and 19 m over 200 m. The 500 Zone Extension was discovered during the 2024 field season approximately 400 m north of the Casino Royale deposit. The Ruth Pegmatite was discovered during the 2024 field season and bedrock stripping exposed the dyke in the fall of 2025. A total strike length of 233 m was exposed along the ESE trending Ruth Pegmatite. Sampling and prospecting programs identified a 3 km trend of sub-parallel spodumene-bearing pegmatite dikes that extends to the east and west of the Jackpot main drilling area."]
