About
Goldsky Resources is a newly-formed Nordic-focused gold exploration and development company, and cobalt developer, with one of the largest consolidated gold portfolios across Sweden and Finland. The Company was created in December 2025, following the merger of First Nordic Metals Corp. and Mawson Finland Limited. The Company is anchored by its 100%-owned Barsele gold project in northern Sweden, and the Rajapalot gold-cobalt project in Finland, supported by a 2023 preliminary economic assessment demonstrating robust project economics and meaningful cobalt byproduct exposure. Goldsky’s portfolio also includes the Oijärvi project in Finland and district-scale positions along Sweden’s Gold Line Belt, providing a balanced mix of advanced development assets and earlier-stage discovery opportunities across tier-one mining jurisdictions. Across the combined portfolio, the Company has an attributable resource base of roughly 2.0 million gold-equivalent ounces in inferred mineral resource category, and 0.3 million gold-equivalent ounces in the indicated resource category. This positions Goldsky as one of the Nordics’ most significant junior gold companies with substantial growth and discovery upside.

- The Barsele gold project is 100% owned by Goldsky Resources. Located in the mining district of Västerbottens Län in northern Sweden, about 600 km north of Stockholm, covering roughly 25,000 hectares within the Fennoscandian Shield. Positioned at the western end of the east-west trending Paleoproterozoic-aged Skellefteå belt (a region hosting both polymetallic VMS and orogenic gold deposits including the Boliden Au-Cu deposit, the Kristineberg, Renström, and Storliden VMS deposits, and the Björkdal and Svartliden Au deposits), where it intersects the north-south trending geological-terrains containing the Gold Line Belt projects (100% owned by Goldsky Resources). Large, structurally controlled gold system that remains open in all directions, with mineralized envelopes hosted predominantly in granodiorite-rocks with minor occurrences encountered within volcanic and sedimentary rocks. Multiple parallel to subparallel, subvertically oriented mineralise envelopes between 10–100 metres wide, combining into a larger mineralised corridor of up to 425 metres thick, with the Avan–Central–Skiråsen zones extending over ~3.6 km. Additional gold mineralised occurrences are found even further eastwards along the same structural trend for a further ~800 meters, making a total potential mineralised trend of 3.6km. Between 2015 and 2024, approximately166,000 meters of drilling in 453 holes has been completed, focusing on expanding and upgrading the Avan–Central–Skiråsen orogenic gold system and testing additional VMS-style targets, including the historic Norra VMS deposit on the property. Indicated Resource: 5.58 Mt grading 1.81 g/t Au containing 324,000 oz Au (146,000 oz attributable); Inferred Resource: 25.50 Mt grading 2.54 g/t Au containing 2.09 Moz Au (0.94 Moz attributable).

- ["Oijärvi: The regional potential of the Oijärvi greenstone belt is significant, and Goldsky Resources aims to unlock the potential through systematic exploration along prospective structural trends, through geophysics, geochemistry, bedrock sampling and finally drilling of compelling targets.","Barsele Gold Project: The Barsele gold project is 100% owned by Goldsky Resources. The Paubäcken Project is strategically positioned between Barsele gold-deposit and Fäboliden gold-deposit, located only 3km to the north-east of the historically operated Svartliden mine which includes a presently operating mill used for toll-treating purposes. The Paubäcken Project hosts the Aida target, which is located three kilometres northeast of the Svartliden operation. The Aida target is positioned within an interpreted ~5 km-long shear corridor defined from magnetic geophysical data. Regional top-of-bedrock drilling in 2021 identified gold and path-finder geochemical anomalism coincident with the interpreted structural-corridor. A maiden drill program completed in November 2022 intercepted 22.5 m of 2.4 g/t Au in hole PAU-21-003 hosted within a sheared and altered basalt unit within the structural corridor.","Storjuktan: not discovered","Kylmäkangas: not discovered","Rajapalot: not discovered"]
