Clinical Trials

CardiolRx™ is currently in clinical development for the treatment of heart disease, with two Phase II studies authorized by the FDA for recurrent pericarditis and acute myocarditis. A Phase I safety and pharmacokinetic study has been completed, demonstrating that CardiolRx™ was safe and well tolerated. Additionally, CRD-38 is undergoing IND-enabling activities to support its clinical evaluation in heart failure.
