The geology at MLN shares a compelling resemblance with that underpinning eastern Athabasca uranium deposits.\n\nWinter 2026 Drill Program\nWinter drilling at MLN followed up structure and alteration intersected at the Cyclone trend in summer 2025. Three of five winter 2026 drill holes intersected uranium mineralization in two discrete zones, including up to 5.0 metres of 0.55% U₃O₈ including 0.5 metres of 1.7% U₃O₈ in drill hole MLN26-013 (see Cosa’s news release dated May 26, 2026).\n\nMineralization is within an open-ended corridor of intense structure and alteration and is polymetallic, a typical trait of many eastern Athabasca deposits including Hurricane, Cigar Lake, and Key Lake.\n\nMurphy Lake North Geochemical Assays\nChemical assays confirm uranium mineralization is the source of anomalous radioactivity intersected in three of five winter drill holes at the Murphy Lake North Joint Venture announced April 13, 2026. The strongest uranium mineralization is in MLN26-013, which intersected up to 1.7% U3O8 over 0.5 metres (310.5 – 311.0 metres) within a broader interval averaging 0.55% U3O8 over 5.0 metres (308.5 – 313.5 metres). Like sandstone hosted uranium deposits such as Hurricane, Key Lake, and Cigar Lake, the mineralization is polymetallic and includes significant quantities of nickel and cobalt.\n\nPlanned Summer Drilling\nSummer drilling at Murphy Lake North is expected to comprise approximately 15 drill holes totaling 6,000 metres focused on following up uranium mineralization intersected during winter 2026 which is open along strike for 600 metres in both directions. Drilling on section 3200E will target major faults with alteration which remain untested at the unconformity, including the area south of mineralized drill hole MLN26-016 where mineralization is open for 40 metres to the south.","Darby\n25 Kilometres of Prospective Strike. Next Door to Cigar Lake.\nThe Darby Project is a 70/30 joint venture operated by Cosa and held in partnership with Denison Mines, entered as part of the two companies' January 2025 strategic collaboration.\nLocated just 10 kilometres west of the Cigar Lake Mine, Darby is interpreted to contain more than 25 kilometres of prospective conductive strike length.\nCosa’s reinterpretation of historical data has flagged the 95B, 96D, and 4A conductive trends as initial high-priority exploration targets within the Darby Project. Historical drilling on 95B defined more than 25 metres of unconformity topography where a package of metasedimentary rocks hosting graphitic brittle structure, hydrothermal alteration, and weak uranium mineralization lies in fault contact with underlying granitic rocks.\nThree holes were completed at Darby to test priority targets at the Charlie, Gamma, and Delta trends identified by Cosa’s 2025 core relogging and reinterpretation program.\n\nCharlie Trend\nWinter drill hole DB26-39A followed up basement structure and anomalous sandstone uranium content in historical drill hole DB-09 and successfully intersected the targeted graphitic unit at the unconformity. DB26-39A intersected very strongly anomalous uranium content in the sandstone, averaging 5.6 ppm over 103.5 metres (600.0 – 703.5 metres) including a subinterval averaging 9.5 ppm over 53.5 metres (650.0 – 703.5 metres) in the basal sandstone. These values exceed the strongly anomalous results of DB-09 which intersected 2.0 ppm uranium over 116.8 metres (543.2 – 660 metres). DB26-39A also intersected 0.04% U3O8 over 0.5 metres (707.8 – 708.3 metres), which is the second intersection of weak uranium mineralization on trend. Several high priority follow up targets remain untested at Charlie.\n\nGamma Trend\nWinter drilling results significantly upgraded the Gamma trend and generated several follow-up targets.\nThe Gamma trend was prioritized for drilling based on elevated to anomalous sandstone uranium content proximal to graphitic basement faults in historical drill hole DB-17, and the presence of numerous intersections of uranium mineralization along trend north of Darby. DB26-41 targeted the DB-17 basement faults at the unconformity.\nDB26-41 intersected two decametre-scale intervals of faulting and alteration in the lower sandstone, elevated to anomalous sandstone uranium content, and identified 35 metres of unconformity relief relative to DB-17. Basement rocks are graphitic and non-graphitic metasediments overlying granite. Graphitic fault zones intersected 30 to 124 metres below the unconformity are generally thicker than those in DB-17 and some are enveloped by metre-scale zones of hydrothermal alteration.\nDB26-41 and DB-17 define a highly prospective geological environment which includes an approximately 150-metre-wide corridor of graphitic basement faulting, zones of hydrothermal alteration and faulting in the sandstone and basement, and uranium enrichment in the sandstone. The prominent unconformity relief is similar to unconformity offsets from reverse faulting present at several Athabasca uranium deposits, most notably at Cameco’s McArthur River mine.\n\nDelta Trend\nDB26-42 followed up historical drill hole DB-27, which intersected a 48-metre interval of continuously anomalous uranium content in the sandstone above graphitic basement faulting. DB26-42 targeted the DB-27 basement faulting at the unconformity and did not intersect any significant results; geochemical results remain pending. Several kilometres of prospective strike length remain at Delta.\n\nPlanned Drilling\nDrilling at Darby is planned to comprise up to 2,000 metres at the Gamma and Bravo trends. Drilling at Gamma will follow up Cosa’s winter 2026 drill program which intersected a broad zone of structure with significant unconformity offset, alteration, and elevated to strongly anomalous uranium geochemistry on trend with historical uranium mineralization. The Company believes that the work completed to date, including deployment of Ambient Noise Tomography (ANT) over much of the Kodiak trend, has significantly upgraded the project by identifying several anomalies that are similar to what was targeted where the company intersected radioactivity. With no drilling within roughly two kilometres of the radioactive intercept, Cosa’s technical team is eager to return to Ursa for follow up work.\n\nOrion\nOrion is located 29 kilometres west of the Cigar Lake uranium mine and immediately east of Orano’s Parker Lake Project. The Project covers approximately 25 kilometres of strike length of the interpreted extension of the Larocque Lake Trend. Cosa has repeatedly expanded its 100%-owned, 20,255-hectare Orion Project since initial acquisition in 2022 as the fertile Larocque Lake Trend hosts numerous occurrences of high-grade mineralization to the northeast while the portion covered by Orion is highly underexplored.\nOrion is on the interpreted western extension of the Cigar Lake – Tucker Lake trend where it intersects the Larocque Lake trend. Drilling on trend at Parker Lake has intersected broad zones of structural disruption in the sandstone with illitic hydrothermal alteration and anomalous uranium geochemistry, including 0.05% U3O8 over 1.0 metres immediately above the unconformity in drill hole PAR-03. Basement intersections included graphitic lithologies and structures, indicating basement geology and sandstone alteration along trend is consistent with deposits in the region.\nIn 2023, MobileMT™ surveying completed by Cosa over the western portion of Orion identified basement hosted conductive zones overlain by conductivity anomalies in the sandstone. Follow up ANT surveying in 2024 identified several kilometre-scale and vertically extensive low velocity anomalies which are interpreted to reflect prospective structures and/or alteration above conductive basement zones and are considered high priority targets for additional follow up.\n\norbit\nThe Orbit Project is located 19 kilometres south of the Athabasca Basin and 22 kilometres south of the Key Lake Mill and former Key Lake Min. The Key Lake Mine produced 209.8 million pounds of U3O8 at an average grade of 2.3% U3O8 from deposits situated along a 065-degree trending conductive corridor with associated 045-degree trends. The Key Lake Mill processes ore from the McArthur River Mine. Provincial Highway 914 passes within 17 kilometres of Orbit.\nThree initial target areas were identified at Orbit from the airborne VTEM and gravity survey results. Target area O1 is considered the highest priority and features a 1.6-kilometre-long EM conductor with coincident gravity lows located on the northern flank of a magnetic high. Similar to Key Lake geology, the O1 conductor is oriented at 065 degrees. An interpreted north-south oriented magnetic lineament crosscuts the center of the O1 conductor and is coincident with a gravity low, similar to the GMZ discovered in 2021. A second gravity low anomaly is present on the western end of the O1 conductor coincident with a flexure to the south and is crosscut by an 065-degree trending magnetic break.\nThe O2 target area is a bedrock conductivity anomaly with an enveloping gravity low. The O3 target area is at the intersection of interpreted 045- and 065-degree trending magnetic lineaments and contains the strongest gravity low zone identified at Orbit.\n\nCOSMO\nCosmo comprises 12 claims totaling 9,308 hectares in the eastern Athabasca Basin and is located 36 kilometres west of the Hurricane Deposit and 58 kilometres north of the Cigar Lake Mine. Provincial Highway 905 passes within seven kilometres of the Property and a network of trails and a provincial powerline pass through the Property.\nCosmo covers 18 kilometres of curvilinear magnetic low strike length interpreted to represent favourable metasediments. Historical exploration was limited to a 1979 lake sediment sampling program and a 2007 airborne geophysical survey. While no drilling is known within the Property, historical drilling located 13 to 25 kilometres along strike to the east intersected several intervals of weak uranium mineralization, including 0.20% U3O8 over 1.2 metres in drill hole BL-14-20 (549.9 – 551.1 m)."]
